Game Artist & Designer

Retroware Production

April 2022 - Present

  • Create sprite sheets and reskins of main character. Ensuring animations and different body parts are interchangeable and work in game engine.

  • Create concepts of props and vehicles based on existing IP, then translate designs to pixel art resolution to match in-game assets.

  • Work collaboratively with team of pixel artists, creating character animations to match set style of beat-em-up fighting game.

Prop & FX Designer

  • Design highly detailed props, such as vehicles and weapons in various views based off animatic.

  • Design keyframes of FX in various stages for animator reference.

  • Responsible for developing lesson plans to help students establish a stronger artistic foundation both traditionally and digitally.

  • Teach students how to create and implement pixel art in game engine, specifically sprite sheet creation and importing to Unreal Engine
